We may collect and process the following types of information:

1. Introduction and Agreement

Healing Skin Medical Aesthetics LLC (“Healing Skin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and provides aesthetic, wellness, and paramedical services, including professional certification training programs. By booking an appointment, enrolling in a course, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not access our website or services.

Healing Skin operates independently but is under shared ownership with AcuMedGroup LLC and Dr. Rusnak Wellness LLC, which may share limited information under HIPAA-compliant and confidentiality protocols for scheduling, education, or product-related purposes.

2. Services Provided

Healing Skin provides aesthetic and paramedical services, including but not limited to:

  • Paramedical tattooing

  • Facials and skin rejuvenation

  • Body treatments

  • Skincare consultations

  • Professional training and certification courses

Disclaimer: All services are intended for aesthetic and educational purposes. Individual results vary, and no guarantee of outcome is made. Certification courses do not grant medical licensure and are for professional education only.

3. Client Eligibility and Responsibilities

  • Clients must be 18 years or older or have verifiable guardian consent. By booking, you confirm compliance with this requirement.

    Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during consultations and bookings. Misrepresentation or omission releases Healing Skin from liability for outcomes or reactions.

    Clients must follow all pre- and post-care instructions provided to optimize results. Healing Skin is not liable for any outcomes resulting from non-compliance.

    Media Consent: By receiving services, clients authorize the limited use of de-identified before-and-after photographs or videos for educational or marketing purposes unless written notice to opt out is provided.

4. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

    • Booking: Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.

    • Payment: Healing Skin accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment or deposit is required to confirm your appointment.

    • Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a future date or service within 12 months of the original booking.

    • Training Classes: Deposits for certification courses are non-refundable but fully transferable to other available class dates or programs within one year.

    • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a cancellation fee.

    Payment Authorization: By providing a payment method, you authorize Healing Skin to charge for agreed-upon services and related fees. Authorized charges may not be disputed with your financial institution unless fraudulent.

    A2P/TCPA Compliance: By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive operational SMS/MMS messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, or updates). Marketing texts are sent only with separate opt-in consent. All messages include “STOP” to unsubscribe and “HELP” for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Medical Disclaimers

  • Healing Skin’s services are non-medical and are not substitutes for professional medical care. Treatments are for aesthetic or restorative purposes only. Healing Skin does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

    Clients must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, and medications before treatment. Healing Skin is not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed information or failure to follow pre/post-care instructions.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healing Skin, its owners, affiliates, instructors, and employees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from services or training. Subjective dissatisfaction with results is not grounds for refund or liability.

7. Intellectual Property and Training Materials

All logos, images, text, and content on the Healing Skin website, and all educational course materials, are the property of Healing Skin Medical Aesthetics. Students may not record, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written authorization.

8. Privacy and HIPAA Compliance

Healing Skin collects and processes information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://healing-skin.com/privacy-policy. By using our services, you consent to the handling of your personal and health information under HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and TCPA standards.

9. Non-Disparagement and Social Media Policy

Clients and students agree to communicate respectfully in all online or public discussions involving Healing Skin Medical Aesthetics, its staff, or affiliates. False or defamatory statements that harm the business’s reputation may result in legal action.

10. Media and Recording Policy

Clients and students consent to limited photography or video capture during treatments or training for educational, quality assurance, or promotional purposes, unless written notice to opt out is provided.

11. Modifications to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services, pricing, or these terms at our discretion and without prior notice. Any modifications to these terms will be posted on our website. Clients are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

12. Governing Law and Binding Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Osceola County, Florida. You waive the right to a jury trial and agree to arbitration as the exclusive method of resolution.

Class or collective actions are not permitted. Arbitration shall be conducted individually.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healing Skin Medical Aesthetics, its owners, affiliates (including AcuMedGroup LLC and Dr. Rusnak Wellness LLC), employees, and instructors from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of services, participation in training, or violation of these Terms.
