The Curriculum

Three techniques. All clinical.

The 3-day program covers the three foundational paramedical tattoo techniques that drive clinical outcomes. Each technique is taught both as a discipline and as a practice you can build a career around.

01

Paramedical Scar Camouflage

Color-match pigment work that blends surgical scars, accident scars, and skin tone variations back into the surrounding tissue. Includes Fitzpatrick assessment, undertone matching, and multi-pass technique.

Patients · Surgical scars · Burn survivors · Vitiligo support
02

Stretch Mark Camouflage

Linear pigment work that integrates stretch marks into surrounding skin tone. Common application areas: abdomen, thighs, breast, shoulders. Two-session protocol with healing window between passes.

Patients · Post-pregnancy · Post-weight change · Adolescent striae
03

Advanced ISR Inkless Technique

Inkless skin revision — an advanced clinical technique that stimulates the skin’s own remodeling response without depositing pigment. Used for select scar types where color correction isn’t appropriate.

Patients · Recent scars · Pigment-sensitive skin · Pre-camouflage prep

Why Students Choose Dr. Rusnak

Train with someone who built this industry.

01

Medical Practitioner

30+ years of clinical and aesthetic practice. Active VA Community Care provider. LME, AP, DAc — credentials grounded in medicine, not aesthetics alone.

02

Restorative, Not Cosmetic

This work is taught as a clinical discipline serving patients — surgery survivors, burn patients, mothers, anyone whose body has been changed. The approach is restoration, not enhancement.

03

Live Models · No Synthetic Skin

Practice on real patients with real anatomy under direct supervision. The skin’s actual response — bleeding, swelling, color uptake — is something synthetic skin cannot teach.

04

Small Group · Direct Coaching

Cohorts are kept small. Every student receives hands-on correction from Dr. Rusnak personally. This is the difference between training and a workshop.

05

Business Training Included

Pricing, intake, consent documentation, marketing, scheduling. The clinical skill is necessary but not sufficient — graduates leave with the operational tools to build a practice.

06

Lifetime Mentorship

The training ends in three days. The relationship doesn’t. Graduates have ongoing access for case questions, technique troubleshooting, and continued growth.
