Serving Celebration: Paramedical Tattooing by Dr. Cecilia Rusnak, 12 Minutes East on 192

Celebration has no shortage of spas and aesthetic providers. What it doesn’t have, as far as we know, is a dedicated paramedical clinic: scar camouflage, stretch mark camouflage, and 3D areola restoration performed by a licensed medical esthetician with three decades of clinical experience. The closest one is a short drive east on US-192: Healing Skin Medical Aesthetics, at 1107 Person St in Kissimmee’s Medical Arts District, roughly 12 to 15 minutes from Celebration Avenue.

Every paramedical procedure here is performed personally by Dr. Cecilia Rusnak, LME, AP, DAc, a Licensed Medical Esthetician and Florida-licensed Acupuncture Physician with 32 years in aesthetics and integrative medicine. She is also the Master Trainer who teaches this work to practitioners across the country.

What Celebration patients come here for

  • 3D areola restoration after mastectomy and reconstruction, with complete documentation for WHCRA insurance reimbursement. Many of our areola patients had surgery at hospitals along the I-4 corridor, including AdventHealth Celebration. We are independent of any hospital; you simply come to us once your surgeon clears you.
  • Scar camouflage: C-section, surgical, and injury scars blended toward your skin tone with medical-grade pigment. Sessions run $450 to $1,200 depending on scar size; most medium surgical scars fall in the $600 to $800 range. Most plans take 2 to 4 sessions.
  • Stretch mark camouflage: Brazilian (pigment) and inkless techniques. The consultation determines which one your skin actually needs.
  • Clinical facials, microneedling, and oncology-safe skin care: clinical protocols, not a spa menu.

FAQ

Is there a paramedical tattoo clinic in Celebration?

Not a dedicated one that we know of. The nearest is Healing Skin in Kissimmee, about 12 to 15 minutes east on 192, where Dr. Rusnak performs every procedure personally.

When can I have areola restoration after reconstruction?

Once your surgeon clears the tissue as fully healed, which is typically a few months after your final surgery. Bring your surgical dates to the consultation. We provide the procedure summary, CPT codes, and medical-necessity letter you need to seek WHCRA reimbursement; we do not bill insurance directly.

What does it cost?

Scar camouflage runs $450 to $1,200 per session, and most patients land between $600 and $800. Areola and stretch mark work is quoted at consultation. Financing for treatments is available through Cherry, Klarna, Affirm, and CareCredit, subject to approval; terms are set by the provider, not the clinic. HSA/FSA cards are accepted for medically indicated services. Cherry uses a soft credit check that does not affect your credit score, and a first payment is collected at checkout.

Individual results vary. The number of sessions differs by case. Scar and stretch mark camouflage blends the appearance of tissue; it does not erase permanent tissue change.

Academy credentials are professional certifications, not state licences. Florida requires a state-issued Tattoo Artist Licence to perform tattooing; requirements vary by state and county. Students are responsible for obtaining their own licensure.
