For four days in early December, Dr. Cecilia Rusnak brings her paramedical tattoo curriculum to Las Vegas — the only West Coast stop on the 2026 tour. Students travel here from California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, and New Mexico to train without crossing the country.

Airport. Harry Reid International (LAS) is the primary hub. Nonstop service from all major Western cities and most major U.S. metros. Average flight times from the West Coast under 90 minutes.
Lodging. The Strip and Summerlin areas offer a wide range of hotels — Strip-adjacent properties are recommended for proximity to the training venue. Specific hotel guidance is provided after enrollment.
Travel Credit. A $250 travel credit is available to all out-of-state students enrolling in either program. Stackable with the $250 second-class discount for students enrolling in both.
State Licensing. Tattoo and paramedical tattoo licensing requirements vary by state. Each student is responsible for confirming their own state requirements with their local health department.
