Serving St. Cloud: Paramedical Tattooing by Dr. Cecilia Rusnak, 15 Minutes Down 192

St. Cloud has spas and tattoo studios. What it doesn’t have, as far as we know, is a dedicated paramedical clinic: scar camouflage, stretch mark camouflage, or 3D areola restoration performed by a licensed medical esthetician with three decades of clinical experience. The closest one is a straight shot west on US-192: Healing Skin Medical Aesthetics, at 1107 Person St in Kissimmee, roughly 15 to 20 minutes from Narcoossee Road.

Every paramedical procedure here is performed personally by Dr. Cecilia Rusnak, LME, AP, DAc, a Licensed Medical Esthetician and Florida-licensed Acupuncture Physician with 32 years in aesthetics and integrative medicine. She is also the Master Trainer who teaches this work to practitioners across the country.

FAQ

Is there a scar camouflage provider in St. Cloud?

Not a dedicated paramedical clinic that we know of. The nearest one is Healing Skin in Kissimmee, about 15 to 20 minutes west on 192, where Dr. Rusnak performs every procedure personally.

Do I need multiple visits?

Paramedical work typically takes 2 to 4 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, because mature scar tissue accepts pigment differently from healthy skin. Facials and skin treatments are scheduled per your plan.

What does it cost?

Scar camouflage runs $450 to $1,200 per session, and most patients land between $600 and $800. Stretch mark work is quoted per area at consultation. Financing for treatments is available through Cherry, Klarna, Affirm, and CareCredit, subject to approval; terms are set by the provider, not the clinic. HSA/FSA cards are accepted for medically indicated services. Cherry uses a soft credit check that does not affect your credit score, and a first payment is collected at checkout.

Individual results vary. The number of sessions differs by case. Scar and stretch mark camouflage blends the appearance of tissue; it does not erase permanent tissue change.

Academy credentials are professional certifications, not state licences. Florida requires a state-issued Tattoo Artist Licence to perform tattooing; requirements vary by state and county. Students are responsible for obtaining their own licensure.
